Gustavo is Alert protective best asset. Ask for him as much as you can. I was frustrated with alert at the beginning due to a bad sales representative who talked the talk but did not walk the walk. I’ve had my home protected by Alert for the past 3 years. Great service and great response time. One of our doors was left cracked open by mistake and blew open after we set our home alarm system and left. The police came within minutes.
